Colonial Sash and Door was founded in 1989, as a
building/remodeling materials supply company by its
current owner Timothy Rollins. Operations began in
Hedgesville, West Virginia, facilitating three primary
product lines, windows, doors and millwork. As business
grew quickly, the need for a more professional facility
in a geographically desirable location became apparent.
In the Spring of 1990, operations were moved to
Frederick, Maryland, where the company resides today.
Our company continues to grow, and we currently
supply products to customers in Maryland, Virginia,
Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, D.C. We
are recognized as one of the area's finest building
materials manufacturers and distributors.
